Mobile M&E Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for an experienced Mobile M&E Maintenance Technician to join our growing team, delivering high-quality maintenance services across commercial and residential properties in London.
What you’ll do
- Carrying out planned and reactive electrical, mechanical and general maintenance.
- Diagnosing faults, completing repairs and keeping buildings running smoothly.
- Working with clients, tenants and specialist contractors.
What we’re looking for
- Level 3 electrical qualification (City & Guilds).
- 5+ years’ experience in electrical or building maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota.
